Ceiba Realty is owned by born Belizean, Jonathan Lohr who works alongside his two brothers, Paul, and Joshua in the sale of properties and in the construction of small to palatial homes in the beautiful Cayo District. Ceiba Realty has its root (pun intended) in the Twin Towns in the west of Belize. Jonathan Lohr created Ceiba Realty in 2004 with the hope of bringing better service and knowledge to the then small market. Since its inception, Ceiba Realty has grown to add a massive portfolio of property in Belize and has established a sister company to assist with the development of your exceptional property.
The Ceiba tree represents to center of the Maya universe upholding the heavens with its huge canopy. The buttressed roots were the entrance to the Maya underworld and thus this tree was the only living specimen that connected the three worlds of the Maya cosmos. We take the ancient belief of the sacred Ceiba Tree literally.
