I didn’t learn the Cayo District from a brochure; I learned it barefoot on a family farm. My father worked the land but used tour guiding to get ahead, always teaching us that ‘the farm puts the bread on the table, and tourism puts the butter on top.’ That upbringing gave me a literacy of the land you won’t find on a map.

Today, as a Partner & Lead Strategist at Ceiba, I serve as the engine behind our growth. While Jonathan handles complex acquisitions, I focus on validation and design—curating our inventory, sketching subdivision layouts, and structuring the deal terms for new communities.

I apply that same discipline to my own investments. My wife and I co-founded Bambu, a design-forward local brand that we continue to build and refine.
