I didn’t learn the Cayo District from a brochure; I learned it barefoot on a family farm. My father worked the land but used tour guiding to get ahead, always teaching us that “the farm puts the bread on the table, and tourism puts the butter on top.” That upbringing gave me a literacy of the land you simply won’t find on a map.
Today, I serve as the Lead Land Agent at Ceiba. My approach is different because my focus is different. I am a realist who looks past the surface to evaluate the dirt itself—studying elevation, drainage, soil quality, and subdivision potential.
My role isn’t just to list property; it is to scout, secure, and plan it. I assist in the acquisitions and development strategy, personally maneuvering negotiations and structuring deal terms. From the initial scouting trek to the final subdivision sketch, I excel at visualizing the path from raw land to realized value.
I apply that same discipline to my own investments. My wife and I co-founded Bambu, a local brand built from the ground up. This combination of development experience and hands-on ownership gives me a unique advantage: I don’t just see a piece of land; I see the “butter”—the true potential that turns raw earth into a legacy asset.
Whether you are looking for a secure investment or a future for your family, I offer honest, “boots on the ground” insight to help you plant your own roots in Belize.
