In my experience we worked with Jonathan at Ceiba, and here’s my candid reflection:
1. They may not provide an exact time, but when they say they’ll show up, they will.
2. If you’re looking for someone to tell you a bunch of fluff or boost your ego and win you over, hire someone else. These guys are serious about what they do and sincere about their business.
3. I was hoping for staging. But they did not offer staging as a Service. Instead, my observation was their best interest is capturing your property as-is to represent it in the best way for a solid sale.
