SHARK VACUUM CLEANER PART Model = NZ850ukt. This will fit similar NZ850uk model. Item = 3 x tools, crevice, stair brush and clip on upholstery brushes, used but in good clean condition. Round fitting. Below is a general note for any of my items, please see pictures for best descritpion on condition. This is a genuine Shark used part. it will have scuffs and scratches, paint, dust dirt etc from daily use, i have tried to show in pictures. Anything attached to it will be left on, what you see is what you get but its a good replacement if yours has broke. FREE UK POSTAGE. I am now starting to Watermark my pictures because of lazy people using my pictures which I haven’t give permission to do(I don’t give anyone permission to use any of my pictures )they also copy my title and description and if they are that lazy in listing then I feel sorry for anyone who buys from then because they obviously don’t put any effort in. My pictures are of the actual item, if you see someone selling using the exact same pictures as mine then they shouldn’t beQuestions and Answers in general. Here I am just adding some regular questions I get which I will add to my description to help everyone straight away rather than waiting on a reply. Q = is it easy to fit or replace?.A = Impossible to answer, I can easily fit it but expecting me to know how easy it would be for everyone else is just impossible, some people can easily change a plug but others wouldn?t have a clue, however I do add some YouTube videos of some of the models I sell which may help you, but it?s only a few of the models I sell and not all but I am uploading new ones when I can. Q = Can you post sooner?A = No, I aim to post everything out as soon as possible, but I have my own work commitments so I am unable to post anything sooner. Q = I only want a certain part of a listing, can you sell me just that?A = No, I have been selling on eBay for years, and through my experience I sell items that are generally needed to fix a certain issue, EXAMPLE if I sell a belt and cog together it is generally that once one wears, they both need replacing so I sell them together to solve that job, but if I sell just one, I would end up with lots of other parts which don?t sell, so all lots are sold on purpose as that suits my own personal business plan. Q = Can I post using a different courier?A = No, sorry but I mainly use EVRI and YODEL because they are convenient to me, sometimes I can use a Royal Mail parcel box but that is only for small parcels, i use couriers which suit my own business needs, all my parcels are sent to suit my daily plan because I have lots of work to get done each day so standing waiting 30 minutes at a post office just isn?t convenient for me.Also on a general note for why I use my couriers it mainly comes down to costs, if I swapped all my deliveries to another courier companies like Royal Mail, DPD, UPS etc it would cost me at least £1500 extra a month and in my experience in the past the reliability is no difference to justify that extra cost, so when people try to say I should use a different courier, would you if it cost you a extra £1500 at least a month? when I get very few issues with the couriers I use anyway. COMMUNICATION, generally I try to answer as many questions as I can but sometimes it does take me a few days because I am someone who is extremely busy.Sometimes I get questions that I just don?t understand how to reply, So I just don?t get the time to reply or just get blinkered in what I?m doing that I forget about it, but the basics are, if I can help I will reply ASAP, if I don?t reply please don?t get offended but it probably means I am unable to help. WHEN I think of more I will keep adding as it helps you and me. Thank you.Q = Is delivery date guaranteed.?A = NO, delivery date is a estimated date generated by eBay, I personally give myself 2 days to send simple because I alway act on the side of caution as I may every now and again need a extra day for posting due to personal commitments but usually items are sent the next working day after order, I then allow a extra 3 days for the delivery service to deliver to you although eBay are estimating the delivery date sooner because the majority is delivered sooner than my guideline, but if I put a quicker date and they are late my selling standards are affected. Also anyone living outside Mainland Uk, so like the Highlands, Northern Ireland, or the Channel Islands please allow extra delivery time, I try to post to these places but delivery companies vary a lot so just allow a few extra days to be safe. Q = Can I Collect in person?A = NO, sorry but it just isn?t convenient for me, I never know exactly where and when I am, and from previous experience?s from people collecting it takes a lot of time out of my day, a parcel takes only a few minutes to send usually, but if so was collecting I am someone who would be there 20 minutes earlier than agreed time, and then waiting for someone running late just means it isn?t worth the time for me, and please don?t ask saying you will wait or be early, I am no longer available for collections in person.
